Aromatherapy

During our sessions:  I can teach you essential oil safety, guide you on how to find reputable sources, and how to create your own blends at home to aid in your self-care routine.

I will occasionally have sprays for sale if you'd rather not create your own. I don't belong to any marketing group, it's just me, happily brewing up potions on a whim :)

 

  What is Aromatherapy? 

 

Aromatherapy is the gentle healing art of utilizing plant medicine to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being. They are readily absorbed through

inhalation and absorption of the skin.

These lovely plants and flowers can be a natural way to ease many stress related symptoms . They can:

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • lighten your emotional heart

  • calm physical pain

  • promote relaxation and peaceful sleep

  • rejuvenate and stimulate your mind 

The restorative power of essential oils can be a complement to any therapeutic treatment**

and they smell good too!
