What Are You Holding Onto?

July 29, 2017

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."  ~Anais Niin

Sometimes we just need baby steps to move forward.

What are you holding onto that needs to be released?

What are you not doing for yourself that will allow you to breathe easier? What will happen if you allowed yourself to gently blossom?

Are you in a relationship with a partner, doctor, or friend that needs to change or end?

Do you need to rethink your career, join a class, a dating site or break out your artsy supplies?

Or maybe healing and letting go of old wounds , troubling thoughts?

You see where I'm going with this?

I love baby steps.

It's how I got through my divorce, grief, and now how I'm moving through a chronic illness. It's also how I'm restarted my career; letting go what no longer serves, including fear.

What are you ready to let go?

If you'd like to connect and learn about what I do for those living with chronic illness, email me to set up your Complimentary Clarity Call and let's chat!. I look forward to hearing from you.

Isn't it time to take that gentle step?
