Take Out The Trash

 

 

We are taught in A Course In Miracles that we can “...choose peace instead of this”.

 

Spend a few moments breathing gently and deeply, then ground yourself and center.

 

Look at what no longer serves you in this particular moment. Now...

 

Take Out The Trash: exhale it loud, in whatever way works for you:

 

a loud throaty out-breath,

a sound,

vibration,

maybe shake it off your body,

dance it out.

 

It's your choice. Be creative and make it physical.

 

Then bring yourself to center and reclaim your peace.

 

And breathe, breathe, breathe.
